I'll help you connect with a trusted mortgage broker where we can secure your pre-approval, and know your budget to get a quick start on the home search
We'll start with a simple 15 minute consultation to discuss your purchasing goals. as well as your budget what areas you want to look in, talk about your must haves and develop a game plan.
Once we find a property and feel ready to move forward, we'll work on that paperwork while I advise you on price, strategy, and conditions so you can feel confident while purchasing your home
After we get pre-approved we will start talking about our money strategy this way we can start to balance the wants and needs like area and size to fit well into the budget given.
At this step we can finally start your home search! I'll look for the best houses that match the guidelines, we'll go on a private touring and I'll provide you with local knowledge on the area, pricing and more. Until we find the right home for you!
Once the offer is accepted, I'll help you complete any conditioning applicable. This can include financing, home inspections, and more. I'll help connect you with the best and trustworthy professionals. I'll be there to guide if there are any worries or concerns.
