I'll research current market conditions, and find comparable properties to find the right pricing for your house. I'll also advise you on how to best get your home ready for the market (that may include minor fixes, stage setting etc..).
We'll start with a simple 15 minute consultation where we'll talk more about your home and your goals. I'll talk you through the process of selling your home and what to anticipate
Once an offer is made we will either accept it or negotiate the price and conditions. I will guide you through every offer made and advise you on strategy or anything that is required
After we finalize our research we'll make an action plan, once you give the go-ahead I will formalize the listing under contract. Now your home will hit the market and be listed with professional photos and videos.
I will help coordinate the showings while keeping you informed on the progress. If there is any feedback we will review it together and make necessary adjustments
After all conditions on the offer are fulfilled there is a closing period (that can vary form 30-90 days). During the closing period is where the arrangements to move will be made. I will make sure the process is as seamless as possible
